Based at its Head Office and reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer

Outline of job role and purpose

  • Assist CHRO in defining the HR Strategy, and implement the HR initiatives to support the logistics sector Business objectives as well as various HR initiatives (PMS, BSC, Job Evaluation, HRIS etc.)
  • Perform people analytics and submit relevant reports
  • Manage the Learning and Development function with a view to improve knowledge, skills and competencies; Implement TNA and other relevant tools to ensure that the needs of the business are being met
  • Manage the performance management cycle (Plan, Monitor, Review) for employees
  • Provide support in driving and implementing HR Systems and Projects (HRIS, Engagement Survey, Talent Management and other related or relevant surveys)
  • Provide support in managing HR Operations (e.g. Recruitment & Selection, Budget preparation, S&H, Welfare as well as Sustainability activities etc.) and administration, to cater for all HR requirements as and where required with a view to build and maintain a skilled, engaged and performing team;

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management – A master’s Degree would be an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience at management level in human resources learning & development
  • Strong Knowledge of, and exposure to, Competency frameworks, Talent Management
  • Fully computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Planning and organising, time management, analytical skills
