DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will have to:

  • Perform sales visit to customers as per sales plan and sell/cross sell all services offered by the company.
  • Report on market opportunities and identify new prospects.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customer and secure new / lost accounts.
  • Make use of the IT system to input data and subsequently prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Contribute to the development of proper and applicable strategies that would promote growth in revenues, market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate for the preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Work in close collaboration with all Departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • A Higher School Certificate.
  • Degree in Sales / Commercial / International Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
  • 3-5 years working experience in a freight forwarding related activities.
  • Ability to handle the supply chain sector and achieve continuous improvement and positive sales results.
  • A highly driven professional who nurtures and develops sales and customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong agility and customer focus competencies.
  • Holder of a valid driving licence.
